Could you please tell me the supplier, size and colour grout of tile used in the mud room?

It has been nine years since we picked out the slate tiles and the local supplier is no longer in business. The tiles are 11 1/2 inches square, slate, the grout was chosen to blend in as much as possible as the floor gets very hard use in the winter here. We are very happy with the way the floor has held up and even when the house is full of family coming in with snow covered boots it looks good. I wish I had more detail to give you.
